Creating a permalink that will work for CCAC users both on and off-campus is a two-step process. Be sure to follow both steps described below. 

1. Locate the Permalink
   After finding an article in CQ Researcher, click the Get Link button scroll to see the permalink.
    

   
   
    

2. Build the URL
   Append the permalink to this prefix: https://ezproxy.ccac.edu/login?url=
   
   For example, the permalink in the above screenshot is:
   https://cqpress.sagepub.com/cqresearcher/report/embed/college-costs-cqresrre20191025
   
   so a properly-formed permalink for this article is:
   https://ezproxy.ccac.edu/login?url=https://cqpress.sagepub.com/cqresearcher/report/embed/college-costs-cqresrre20191025
