Laptop Application Form

According to the Dean of Students, the earliest that laptops can be picked up is the first week of classes.
Laptop Agreement Form (DocuSign)
Loaner laptop agreement form on DocuSign. Students are required to complete the form before equipment can be checked out of the Libraries.

Pickups & Returns
A laptop can be picked up at a campus library starting the first week of 16 week classes. Visit a library and let the staff know that you are there to pickup a loaner laptop.
Returning a Laptop
Laptops are due the last day of the semester and can be returned to any campus library.
