• Where can I print on campus?
  Printer locations can be found on this page: https://helpcenter.ccac.edu/en_US/print-management-/user-guide-for-print-management  Click "CCAC Student Printer Locations", then select the tab for your campus or center.
   
• Do you have wireless printing?  Can I print from my device?
  Yes, but you need to download an app to your device to make that possible.  Visit this page for instructions:  https://helpcenter.ccac.edu/121113-printing/printing-using-your-own-personal-device
  
  NOTE:  If you get an error that reads: "The app you're trying to install isn't a Microsoft-verified app", you may need to adjust your settings.  This article from Microsoft can help with that:  https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/change-your-app-recommendation-settings-in-windows-f21b5c60-e996-4ee4-c2cf-b4a90c0bef9b#ID0EBD=Windows_11
   
• Do you have color printing? How much is it?
  Yes, but it does cost more than printing in black and white and/or grayscale.  Make sure you pick the color printer from the printer options.  Information on printing costs, and the initial student allotment, can be found on this page: https://helpcenter.ccac.edu/121113-printing/print-management-frequently-asked-questions  Click the section for "Student Printing".
   
• How do I add more money to my printing account, if I ran out of the allotment for the term? 
  You can add funds to your print management account by following the steps on this page:  https://helpcenter.ccac.edu/en_US/print-management-/user-guide-for-print-management and clicking "Adding Funds to Your CCAC ID Card for Print Management".
